Ordit highest grade 6 driving instructor training
Mint driving school can now offer driving instructor training, newly qualified ADI training, Fleet badge preparation, check test and advanced driving test training and preparation with their DSA Ordit highest grade 6 instructor Jonathan Hodgkinson.
Jonathan is qualified to train clients to become driving instructors to the Driving Standards Agency’s ideals. As an accredited trainer, he assessed at least every 2 years. Our premises and paperwork is inspected every 2 years. These inspections are conducted by the Driving Standards Agency ensuring that you can be certain you are receiving quality training from a top grade 6 Ordit registered trainer.
Jonathan will carry out the training at a venue that is convenient to you both. This could be from your home or his home, place of work, or any mutually agreed venue. You will not have to travel miles for your training. Jonathan covers a large area of Derbyshire. Below is a list of the main areas covered. If you are from anywhere outside these areas, please call as he may be able to accommodate you as he may be able to offer a full days training.
Derby and all surrounding areas
Burton upon Trent and all surrounding areas
Nottingham and all surrounding areas
Chesterfield and all surrounding areas
Any countryside area close to these towns and cities

After a lot of money spent and months of tuition which wasn’t really up to scratch, I found Jon (Jonathan Hodgkinson) of MINT Driving School a very capable and confident teacher in the art of becoming a Driving Instructor.
It was the ease at which Jon puts you that enables more learning to take place and the examples given easy to understand.
Follow this up with strict control of the lesson and I was soon on my way to being an instructor.
Thanks to Jon I have now qualified as an instructor and will be filling in the gap between Nottingham and Derby as I continue my allegience with MINT Driving from a PDI to now an ADI.

Hi, my name’s Lee and i am driving instructor with Mint Driving School. i recently had to undertake my check test and decided to have some C.P.D. (continued professional development) with Jon from Mint. I was a little worried about what the check test entailed but Jon was very thorough about what would be involved and his help and advice was invaluable.
